At Coastal Properties Group & Christie's International Real Estate, an ‘invitation only brokerage’, she has been able to make waves in her career selling homes along Florida’s Gulf Coast & the Greater Tampa Bay Area. Alexandrea was awarded the “Rising Star” amongst her brokerage firm and was honored by achieving the Presidents Society award in 2020.
Alexandrea thrives in a fast paced market and is always 3 steps ahead of the competition. She prides herself on her loyalty, transparency and authenticity when representing her clients. Spreading knowledge wherever she goes, she is always up to speed on new local development, community amenities, national and local market reports/trends. With this knowledge she knows who and where the next buyers may come from and creates a target marketing strategy for her sellers. She also helps advise where to buy when new clients move to the Tampa Bay area based on their specific needs. Whether they are looking to buy an investment property, dream home or sell a luxury estate, Alexandrea can anticipate her clients needs and answer questions along the way. In 2021, she achieved her Christie’s Luxury Specialist Certification and her CLMHS, ‘Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” designation. Before real estate, she had a small business in the Villages, FL where she helped increase sales by 200%. This was a franchised business where her store quickly became number 1 in the nation. She is still part owner today and helps manage from a far. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her Husband, Son and Brother. Living by the water she and her family enjoy Deep Sea Fishing, island hopping and Scalloping. She also enjoys golfing, kayaking and painting. Her hope is to inspire others, build meaningful relationships, achieve her professional goals as well as the real estate goals of others. She hopes to ignite a fire in the bellies of her clients and help energize their dreams, paving the way for success in their next real estate venture.
